Obsidian International, LLC is a family-owned and operated construction company founded by Jonathan & Shelby Delisfort. Both Jonathan and Shelby established their roots in the North Georgia area in 2001, and today they are proud to raise their three beautiful children in the same community they serve. Their shared commitment to integrity, craftsmanship, and growth is the foundation of everything Obsidian International represents. What began as a family legacy passed down by Jonathan's great-grandfather whose hands built homes, structures, and opportunity—has grown into a full-service residential and commercial construction company. 

Obsidian International blends multi-generational craftsmanship with high-level project management experience, delivering work that is precise, honest, and built to last. Our team brings decades of experience, including oversight of a $250M national multi-family portfolio and the execution of multiple commercial, retail, restaurant, hospitality, medical, and multi-family ground-up and renovation projects nationwide.

From custom homes in Georgia to multi-site commercial programs across the country, we approach every project with the same family values we were raised on: quality, transparency, strong communication, and doing things the right way even when no one is watching.
